Ryan Boxill, PhD, MBA

Ryan Boxill, PhD MBA is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York and Massachusetts. Dr. Boxill holds a PhD in Cross Cultural Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno, CA. He completed his Pre-doctoral training at the Hudson River Regional Psychology Internship Program at the New York State Office of Mental Health where a major tenant of his training was geared towards preparing interns to assume leadership positions in large public health organizations. Dr. Boxill completed his Harvard Medical School Postdoctoral Fellowship training at the MGH-OCD Institute at McLean Hospital. Dr. Boxill previously held dual clinical appointments at McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital with a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Boxill has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Boston with a specialization in Finance and he is also a certified trainer in Diversity and Intercultural Sensitivity.


Dr. Boxill has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He advances an organization’s mission with a balance of business expertise, strategic vision and operational leadership. Dr. Boxill is the Chief Behavioral Health Office for the BMC Health System where he is responsible for leading behavioral health across the health system. Dr. Boxill also currently serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP), Fenway Community Development Corporation, the Community Services Board of the Dimock Health Center, the Advisory Board of Mission Safe, and the Finance Committee and Deacon’s Ministry of Peoples Baptist Church.
